Cracks

Standard: Since stucco is a cementitious product, it will crack.

Coverage: During the Limited Warranty Period, Classic will repair any cracks that exceed 1/8". When a repair is performed, there will be discoloration between the repaired area and the original stucco. Classic will not re-stucco entire walls or homes because of discoloration from stucco repairs.

Color Variations

Standard: Since stucco is a natural product, there will be color variations in the finished product.

Coverage: Color variations are normal and are excluded from this Limited Warranty.

Wall Caps

Standard: The tops of stucco deck walls and deck posts are finished with stucco to match the walls and deck columns. To prevent damage to these areas, do not set plants or decorative items on wall caps.

Coverage: Damage caused to wall caps from placement of post-construction items is excluded from this Limited Warranty.
