Stucco
Stucco is a cementitious (cement) product that does not require maintenance.
Prevent Discoloring
To avoid discoloring, adjust splash blocks and sprinklers so that they are not splashing or spraying on the stucco.
Painted Pop Outs and Bands
While the stucco itself does not require maintenance, in some communities the stucco pop outs and bands are painted and will require touch up and repainting as needed.
