Gas Line Leaks​

Standard: The gas company is responsible for leaks up to the gas meter.

Coverage: During the Limited Warranty Period Classic will correct leaks from the meter into the home.

What's Not Covered​

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Leaks up to the gas meter - The gas company is responsible for leaks up to the gas meter

Filing a Claim​

Suspected Gas Leak

If you suspect a gas leak, leave the home and call the gas company immediately for emergency service.

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. For a suspected gas leak, leave the home and call the gas company immediately for emergency service
  2. For leaks up to the meter, the gas company is responsible
  3. For leaks from the meter into the home, Request Service
