Ghosting from Lifestyle Choices​

Standard: The popularity of scented candles has increased in recent years. If this is an activity that is part of your lifestyle, we caution you about the potential damage to your home.

Coverage: When this condition results from the burning of candles or other lifestyle choices, the resulting damage is excluded from this Limited Warranty.

What's Not Covered​

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage from burning candles - Black sooty staining resulting from burning candles is excluded from this Limited Warranty
  • Damage from other lifestyle choices - Ghosting resulting from other lifestyle choices is likewise excluded

Filing a Claim​

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. Determine whether the staining results from burning candles or other lifestyle choices; such damage is excluded
  2. Request Service
