Performance Standards

Orientation Confirmation

Standard: The sump pump should be operational at delivery of the home.

Coverage: During the Final Walkthrough/Orientation we will discuss the sump pump and confirm it is operational.

Consumer Product Exclusion

Standard: Sump pumps are a Consumer Product.

Coverage: Sump pumps are excluded from the Limited Warranty.

What's Not Covered

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

Filing a Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

1. Confirm the pump is plugged in and the circuit breaker is on
2. Refer to the manufacturer's directions for use and care of your sump pump
3. Request Service
