Performance Standards​

Condition at Orientation​

Standard: During the Final Walkthrough/Orientation Classic will confirm the condition of all shower doors and tub enclosures.

Coverage: Classic will only repair items listed on the Final Walkthrough/Orientation Form.

Function​

Standard: Shower doors and tub enclosures will function according to manufacturer specifications.

Coverage: During the Limited Warranty Period Classic warrants that shower doors and tub enclosures will function according to manufacturer specifications.

What's Not Covered​

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Damage not listed on the Final Walkthrough/Orientation Form - Classic will only repair items listed on the form

Filing a Claim​

If you believe you have a warranty issue:

  1. Check whether the issue was noted on your Final Walkthrough/Orientation Form
  2. Confirm the door or enclosure is not functioning according to manufacturer specifications
  3. Request Service
