These standards apply to fencing when installed by Classic as a provision of the contract.

Performance Standards
Condition at Orientation
Standard: If fencing is part of your home purchase, the condition of the fence is inspected during the Final Walkthrough/Orientation.
Coverage: Classic will repair any fencing item that is listed on the Final Walkthrough/Orientation Form.
What's Not Covered
The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Severe weather damage - Damage to fencing caused by severe weather should be referred to your Homeowners Insurance and is excluded from this Limited Warranty
Filing a Claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue:
- Confirm that fencing was part of your home purchase
- Check whether the item was listed on your Final Walkthrough/Orientation Form
- For severe weather damage, contact your Homeowners Insurance instead
