Ceramic Tile Repairs: One-Time Repair
Standard: Tiles should not crack due to settlement.
Coverage: During the first year, Classic Homes will repair or replace tiles that crack due to settlement of the home. Recommend waiting until end of first year to schedule repair. Not responsible for color variations in grout or discontinued colored grout.
Grout Cracks: One-Time Repair
Standard: Grout cracks should not exceed 1/16 inch.
Coverage: As a courtesy, Classic Homes will repair cracks in grout joints in excess of 1/16 inch one time during the first year. Cracks are evaluated under normal viewing and lighting conditions. Not responsible for color variations in grout or discontinued colored grout.
