Classic Homes does not provide warranty service for appliances. All appliance warranties are assigned to you at closing. Contact the manufacturer directly for any appliance issues.
Performance Standards
Orientation Inspection
Standard: All appliances must be in working condition with surfaces free of damage at closing.
Coverage: Classic Homes will confirm appliance operation and surface condition during the New Home Presentation/Welcome Home Orientation. Only items listed on the orientation form will be addressed.
Manufacturer Warranties
Standard: Appliance manufacturers warrant their products directly to you according to their written warranty terms.
Coverage: All appliance warranties are assigned to you effective on the date of closing.
What's Not Covered
The following are excluded from Classic Homes warranty coverage:
- Manufacturer defects or malfunctions - Contact the appliance manufacturer directly
- Damage not documented at orientation - Must be listed on the New Home Presentation or Welcome Home Orientation form
- Normal wear and tear - Expected deterioration from use
- Damage from improper use or lack of maintenance - Follow manufacturer guidelines
Filing a Claim
If you believe you have a warranty issue:

- Check if the issue was noted on your orientation form
- For manufacturer issues, contact the manufacturer directly using warranty information provided with your appliance
