Structural Coverage (8 Years)

Important: Register your appliances with manufacturers and keep documentation for warranty service.


Important Coverage Conditions

For Coverage to Apply:

  1. Report within warranty period - Timely notification required
  2. Maintain your home - Lack of maintenance can void coverage
  3. Don't alter conditions - Changing grading, for example, can void drainage coverage
  4. Allow inspection - Classic Homes must be able to inspect

Coverage May Be Voided By:

  • Failure to maintain proper drainage
  • Adding water features within 10' of foundation
  • Failure to disconnect hoses before freezing weather
  • Using damaging cleaning products
  • Unauthorized modifications
