Walkthroughs

Throughout the building process, you walk your home together with your Builder several times — from the framed shell before drywall goes up, to the finished home as it nears completion, to move-in day. Each walk has its own purpose: confirming quality, verifying that your selections were installed correctly, demonstrating how your home works, and documenting anything that still needs attention.

The walks

• Pre-Drywall Inspection — tour your home after the rough mechanical stage, before insulation and drywall, to see the quality built into the walls.
• New Home Presentation — the guided, hands-on tour of your finished home, confirming quality, verifying your selections, and noting any items needing attention.
• Landscape Walk — the curb, sidewalk, and street inspection (where applicable) and the Landscape Responsibility Agreement you sign.
• Welcome Home Orientation — the move-in meeting where we review completed work, demonstrate features, and confirm warranty information.
