Promptly schedule time to visit the Design Studio to make your selections.

Exterior Colors May Be Restricted

Our exterior color selections may be restricted based upon selections your neighbors have made. Making your selection sooner will allow for more available colors to choose from.

Neighborhood architectural control may also limit some choices of exterior colors and finishes for the home you selected.

Homes Already Under Construction

Occasionally it happens that you may purchase a home that is already under construction and some or all of these choices have been made by Classic.

A Hold on Your Selections

Because no two buyers have the same taste, we reserve the right to place a hold on your selections until your loan has been approved and all contingencies are released.
